We are currently looking for a talented and passionate Aesthetician to join our growing team!
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 

• Perform manicures and pedicures, waxing and clipping, facials, threading and massage.
• Ensure efficient and consistent operational processes and execution.
• Engage with clients both on the phone and in person.
• Welcome each client and ensuring total client satisfaction by actively listening and communicating.
• Serve as a Brand Ambassador to achieve priorities in store.
• Promote and sell products to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in-store product demonstration.
• Ensure a clean, safe and visibly appealing operation including but not limited to your direct station.

 
 
Requirements
 

• Aesthetician Degree.
• 5+ year of experience with in-depth knowledge of the skin.
• Must be outgoing, energetic and enjoy working with the public.
• Passionate about customer service.
• Ability to strive in a fast-paced environment that is customer service-driven.
• Excellent verbal communication, organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work well with others to accomplish team goals and pull together as a team.
• Able to develop strong customer relations.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekends and holiday shifts.
• Must be well-groomed.
• RMT is an asset.
• Smart Serve is an asset.
