DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Scheduling patient and physician appointments by phone or email
• Answering, screening, and transferring phone calls
• Registering patient visits
• Maintaining patient confidentiality
• Providing basic office management and maintaining an updated inventory of supplies and equipment
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of a Medical Secretarial program, or equivalent experience
• Proficient computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional and consistent customer service skills
• Excellent attendance and punctuality record
