Kiatex is a growing digital marketing company and is looking for a competent Telemarketer & Inside Sales Representative to perform various telemarketing tasks at our Richmond Hill office.

We are looking for candidates with a strong call center and sales background preferably.

Based on our facility, you will be taught or enhance your skills in how to research, identify, and build prospect lists, how to contact prospective clients, how to provide quotes for services, and how to answer any questions about our full service offerings. In time this role will also take on some direct selling to smaller prospects with the ultimate goal of eventually growing into a sales manager role by calling new customers and existing clients. Responsibilities & tasks include:

• Specialize in generating new business through cold calling

• Speaking with clients and potential clients to offer our services

• Generating potential leads by cold calling and email marketing

• Following up potential leads (i.e. emails, calls, etc.)

• Completing daily outbound 80 to 100 calls

• Ability to write, edit content for websites and email marketing campaigns based on the provided structure 

• Providing daily & weekly updates and reports to manager

• Strong sales & negotiation skills

• Able to take rejection

• Excellent English skills (written and verbal)

• Clear Communication Skills and fluent in English

• Client focused. Able to identify client needs. Responsive to concerns/questions.

• Enjoys the challenge of finding potential client opportunities and communicating with clients to advance or close the sale.

• Strong time management skills. Ability to multitask and work independently.

• Excellent computer skills including a strong working knowledge of MS Office.

• 2+ years industry, or related sales, or outbound calling/telemarketing experience

• Good interpersonal skills & phone manner

Job Types: Full-time & Part-time

Compensation: Salary $14.5 per hour + Commissions

Commissions: A dedicated telemarketer can make over $1000 per month in commissions.
