CLIENT SUCCESS SPECIALIST

We continue to grow! We are looking for dedicated, professional, customer-focused individuals to join our company as CLIENT SUCCESS SPECIALISTS. 

As an onboarding specialist, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day activities related to onboarding new and existing clients. 

You will be contacting clients to gauge interest in a new vehicle purchase, lowering their debts, lowering their interest rates, or possibly getting them interested in refinancing an existing vehicle -- the goal is to onboard clients to next step commitment in the sales process.

You will be part of a dynamic fast-growing team with an ambitious vision.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Contact at least 40 clients a day
  • Qualify, Initiate relationships & follow up appointments with new prospects, and educate them on cost-saving opportunities available to them
  • Review each aspect of our service with the client from initial conversation to the point of introducing them to our Sales Department
  • Manage and update client(s) on-boarding cases in a timely manner using best practices and processes
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate equally well with technical and non-technical individuals
  • Work on the entire on-boarding process for clients
  • Strong organizational skills, and ability to perform efficiently when met with tight deadlines.
  • Empathic ability to build rapport with clients
  • Present reports and recommendations; receive and settle transactions; adjustments to working arrangements and co-coordinate others involved in similar work.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to work in fast pace, fluid environment
 
NICE TO HAVE:
  • No experience necessary but knowledge in Customer Service or Sales is an asset
  • Ability to identify process improvements that lead to better onboarding performance
  • Familiarity with Automotive & Credit Lending Sector
