Looking to hire a Marketing & Operations Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day operations of the business. The marketing and administration Coordinator must be an outstanding communicator with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Marketing Responsibilities
  • Prepare regular marketing emails for the database
  • Management & development of social content calendars and post approved content
  • Management of all incoming content
  • Management of marketing lists
  • Marketing plans rollout and implementation
  • Design work via Canva or similar where needed
  • Data analysis and sales lists
  • Experience running Facebook and Instagram ads is a bonus
Operations Responsibilities

Job Type: 30 Hour Work Week – plan to increase in 6-12 months
Salary: $39,000.00 year - (with subsequent increase correlated with increased hours) plus 0.5% bonus based on agent gross income plus an accelerator
