We are a rapidly growing company that is looking for staff that is highly organized with a strong customer service focus. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to track and manage the registration of KidsFutures members that wish to purchase our financial services products. The candidate will be responsible for identifying customers that need these products, developing messages to these people, and contacting them over the telephone to set up accounts.The key to success in this position is the ability to learn quickly, organize and track significant amounts of customer data, and the ability to follow up electronically and over the phone with members in a highly professional manner.
