Job Description:
Our client located in Toronto is looking to add an Administrative Assistant to their growing team! This position is full-time and 100% onsite.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Answering incoming calls.
Greeting and assisting visitors.
Sorting and filing of documentation.
Managing and administrating mail (incoming and outgoing).
Coordinating the office schedule.
Responsible for office equipment and leases.
Ordering office supplies.
Distributing, reviewing, and approving invoices.
Providing administrative support to management.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in office administration.
Professional and strong communication skills.
Proficient knowledge in MS Office.
Ability to learn and utilize new software in a timely manner.
Strong attention to detail.
