Our TorontoJobs.ca client, a well-established and respected company in the manufacturing sector, is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to join their growing HR team.This is a remote opportunity (based in or near Ashland, Virginia) with occasional travel (approximately 10%) to various sites, including training at their international headquarters.The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting hiring needs for salaried positions across the U.S. and partner closely with internal stakeholders to attract top talent.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the full recruitment cycle for salaried positions across the U.S.
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a strong professional network and presence on social media.
Create engaging and targeted job postings and advertisements.
Conduct proactive sourcing via platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and others.
Collaborate with the broader Talent Attraction team to implement effective visibility strategies.
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through all stages of the recruitment process.
Participate in hiring events and contribute to talent acquisition branding initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role.
Strong track record recruiting for U.S.-based roles, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Recruitment module).
Fully bilingual in English and French (French as a second language is required).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills.
Passion for delivering outstanding service and building strong relationships.
Proactive, resourceful, and committed to continuous learning in the recruitment field.
