Position Overview

The Talent and Client Coordinator will support the ongoing development and expansion of Guhuza USA Inc. through a combination of candidate coordination, client support, student program supervision, and operational assistance. Reporting directly to the Co-Founder, this role helps facilitate platform usage, increase visibility, and ensure effective implementation of staffing solutions.
 

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct live Zoom demonstrations of the Guhuza platform to highlight features, provide walkthroughs, and onboard new users.

· Present information sessions to various community groups, candidates, and stakeholders on how to utilize the platform effectively.

· Interview candidates by phone or video to assess qualifications and assist with matching to open roles.

· Recruit and supervise student interns assisting with marketing, social media, administration, and technical tasks.

· Lead daily team check-ins with students, assign tasks, track progress, and ensure goal alignment.

· Coordinate with academic institutions to meet co-op and internship documentation requirements.

· Become a subject matter expert on the Guhuza platform, including job posting, candidate pinging, and technical support workflows.

· Assist with troubleshooting, answering user questions, and coordinating with internal teams for resolution.

· Follow up with users to track interview progress and offer suggestions for improving candidate sourcing and outreach.

· Help users effectively post jobs, manage candidate pipelines, and navigate the platform tools.

· Monitor and respond to inquiries in the company inbox and schedule product demos as needed.

· Provide occasional support for related business activities, including administrative work or event participation.
 

Qualifications

· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in delivering presentations and demos.

· Quick to learn new technologies and capable of troubleshooting minor user issues.

· Comfortable managing multiple priorities and overseeing student teams or volunteers.

· Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

· Background in recruitment, coordination, customer service, or operations is helpful but not required.

· Access to transportation is an asset for any in-person events or meetings.
 

Additional Notes

· Hours will vary depending on business needs and meeting schedules.

· Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend availability is expected.
