Assurance Manager

On behalf of our client, a growing boutique public accounting firm, we are currently seeking an experienced Assurance Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a CPA who enjoys hands-on work, building client relationships, and leading others in a supportive, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple client relationships and engagement teams.

• Manage and review compilation engagement files, corporate and personal tax planning, and compliance.

• Collaborate with internal staff and external clients to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.

• Maintain quality, accuracy, and compliance across all deliverables.

• Leverage Caseware, Taxprep, and QuickBooks for client engagements.

• Demonstrate a results-driven mindset and a positive, proactive attitude.

• CPA designation with a minimum of 3 years post-certification experience.

• 2+ years of experience at the Manager level in a public accounting firm.

• Proficiency in Caseware, Taxprep, and QuickBooks.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.

• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

• This is a full-time, in-office position.
