Job Description:

A leading Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Los Angeles County is seeking mission-driven Family Medicine Physicians to provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care to underserved and uninsured populations. You will work within a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive primary care, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness assessments.
  • Conduct patient evaluations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to clinical protocols and compliance standards.
  • Educate patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle, and health maintenance.

Job Requirements:

  • Completion of a residency program in Family Medicine, or Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine.
