We’re looking for a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to join our North America sales team. In this high-impact role, you’ll focus on acquiring new enterprise customers across the U.S. West Coast, building relationships with IT and business leaders, and helping organizations accelerate their digital transformation through automation and AI.

 


Responsibilities

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to solution presentation, negotiation, and close.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to generate net-new business.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with a mix of inbound and self-sourced opportunities.
  • Lead product demos and consultative discussions with IT and business stakeholders to uncover needs and demonstrate value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver a cohesive buying experience.
  • Manage accurate forecasting, CRM updates, and activity tracking to ensure operational excellence.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts, aligning customer value with business objectives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, customer challenges, and the competitive landscape.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience closing complex SaaS deals with enterprise-level IT or technology buyers.
  • Proven track record managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and consistently achieving or exceeding quota.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both executive and technical audiences.
  • Self-driven and resilient, with strong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic and consultative mindset, able to identify customer pain points and position value-based solutions.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, Highspot).
