A fast-growing HVAC business in Central New Jersey is seeking a driven and hands-on HVAC Sales Manager to take ownership of its sales function and fuel the next phase of growth. This is not a desk-bound role. It’s a front-line leadership position for a sales professional who thrives on closing deals while building and leading a high-performing sales operation.
As the HVAC Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping sales strategy, driving revenue, and representing the business in the market. You will manage the full sales cycle end-to-end while maintaining your own active pipeline of residential and/or commercial sales appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the HVAC sales function to consistently exceed revenue targets
- Personally conduct in-home and/or commercial sales appointments
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine sales strategies and processes
- Train, mentor, and support current and future sales team members
- Monitor sales performance, forecasting, and key KPIs
- Collaborate closely with ownership and operations to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction
- Act as a professional ambassador for the business across the Central New Jersey market
