Commercial Construction Division Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of hardscape projects (concrete work, structural features, infrastructure, drainage systems, technology integration)
• Manage a $1M hardscape division, focusing on growth and profitability
• Collaborate with developers, general contractors, builders, and architects to deliver high-quality hardscape solutions
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and quality control
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities

The company behind this opportunity is a respected commercial landscaping firm with more than 30 years of success in the Jacksonville area. They specialize in irrigation, hardscape, and landscape construction and are heavily involved in large-scale residential and commercial developments, including major projects in the City of Nocatee and E-Town areas.

• 3+ years of experience in  construction, particularly in large commercial projects
• Strong estimating experience, this role is onsite daily, with some out in the field trips
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment related to hardscape
