Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of hardscape projects (concrete work, structural features, infrastructure, drainage systems, technology integration)
  • Manage a $1M hardscape division, focusing on growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with developers, general contractors, builders, and architects to deliver high-quality hardscape solutions
  • Oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and quality control
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities

Candidates should have the below experience.  
  • 3+ years of experience in  construction, particularly in large commercial projects
  • Strong estimating experience, this role is onsite daily, with some out in the field trips
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment related to hardscape

Job Requirements:

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in hardscape or landscape construction, particularly in large commercial projects
  • Must have strong Constructing Estimating/bidding experience, preparing, submitting, presenting, and winning
  • Proven track record of managing teams and projects with budgets exceeding $1M
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment related to hardscape
  • Ability to read blueprints and work with architects and engineers
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Understanding of construction safety standards and regulations
  • Experience working with developers, general contractors, and other key stakeholders
