Manage and monitor the quality and progress of both landscape and irrigation crews
Identify and ensure proper installation of trees and plant materials

Coordinate efforts with other trades to ensure smooth project execution
Manage material scheduling, deliveries, and on-site inventory
Forecast crew workload and material needs to maintain productivity
Assist with scheduling equipment and truck repairs and maintenance
Support safety policy implementation and adherence in the field
Provide field support and communication with foremen to ensure jobsite efficiency
Contribute to team development, retention, and crew morale

Why is This a Great Opportunity

This is an opportunity to be a key player on high-profile commercial landscape installations while working alongside a talented, experienced team in a rapidly growing industry. The role is hands-on and competitive, with clear pathways for professional growth and the chance to lead and influence operations on major job sites. The company is backed by a private equity firm, providing strong capital support and fueling significant expansion, new projects, and long-term career opportunities.

Note:
I have direct communication with the hiring manager, and they want to hire ASAP. The person must have solid commercial construction experience, be able to read and interpret plans, and contribute immediately with little ramp-up time. Landscape or irrigation experience is not required, but it would be a plus. This company operates strictly at the commercial level, working on large, multi-million-dollar projects.

CALL ME IF YOU WANT TO WORK THIS ROLE.
